Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including the monthly closing process and related financial reporting.
  • Establish and enforce accounting standards, practices, and procedures to guarantee the precise and timely preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage strict deadlines associated with general ledger upkeep, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash flow oversight, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and various tax returns and forms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in restaurant or franchise accounting, including knowledge of sales tax regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience in the restaurant or franchise sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
