Key Responsibilities

As a Packaging Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Label Room Operations
    • Operate label printers to meet production deadlines and maintain accuracy.
    • Schedule printer maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • AQL (Acceptance Quality Level) Sampling
    • Perform in-line sampling to confirm product conformity to procedural requirements.
    • Communicate with quality teams and draft necessary documentation.
  • Ulthera Configuration
    • Configure Ulthera Control Units and software keys according to procedural requirements.
    • Start and complete work orders via SAP.
    • Communicate with quality teams and draft necessary documentation.
    • Collaborate with demand planners to ensure production needs are met.
  • Assistant Line Supervisor
    • Support the line supervisor in managing daily operations.
    • Train and monitor team members to ensure high-quality performance.
    • Review documentation and complete work orders in SAP.
    • Communicate with quality teams and draft necessary documentation.
    • Collaborate with demand planners to ensure production needs are met.
  • Training and Development
    • Support employee training and development for Packaging associates.
  • Communication and Documentation
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues on related order questions or concerns.
    • Accurately document necessary packaging processes and support the review of completed documents.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order, including segregation and proper identification of materials.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance
    • Maintain records and warehouse areas to comply with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Safety and Quality
    • Use personal protective equipment and follow necessary steps to ensure a safe working environment.
