Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in West Hartford, CT. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based treatments and interventions to support their mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment goals
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and research
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Licensed to practice in Connecticut
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
