Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to individuals with mental health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current Connecticut RN license.
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
