Job Title: Disaster Recovery Operations Manager

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is hiring a Disaster Recovery Operations Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of disaster recovery projects.

About the Job:

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading teams of restoration technicians, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in disaster recovery operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of restoration technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
  • Communicate with restoration project managers and office staff on project progress and issues
Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in disaster recovery operations or a related field
  • IICRC certification preferred
