Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Supervisor to join our team at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding dental hygiene students in the provision of patient care in our dental hygiene clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and instruct dental hygiene students in the non-surgical management of patients with moderate to advanced periodontal disease.
  • Evaluate students' performance of all functions within the scope of practice of dental hygiene in the State of Illinois.
  • Participate in the preparation and review of teaching materials, evaluation of students, and other activities of instructional service.
  • Maintain awareness of the dental hygiene curriculum through review of course outlines and syllabi, as well as attendance and participation in faculty meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in dental hygiene or a related field.
  • Experience in dental hygiene education and clinical supervision.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
