Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in hospital and departmental meetings to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient care services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and evidence-based guidelines to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • One (1) or more years of recent clinical experience as a RN in an Emergency Room setting.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
