We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Product Safety and Compliance team at Walmart. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team responsible for all Product Safety Regulatory Reporting Requirements
  • Be the primary point of contact to the CPSC and FDA for Product Safety
  • Lead continual improvement of regulatory reporting for Product Safety
  • Mature the analytics and insights model to spot risk across merchandising groups
  • Work with key stakeholders to remediate risks and build compliance controls
  • Identify and lead tech efforts to unlock new data streams and ways of working
  • Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to other business areas
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
  • 2 years' supervisory experience
  • 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters: Business Administration
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
