About the Role
Aesop is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial outcomes, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Effectively demonstrate and sell Aesop products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive commercial outcomes.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve customer service and sales performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous).
- Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous).
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
