Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand ambassador, building lasting customer relationships and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Stay energetic and positive while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist store leadership in executing marketing programs and driving sales.
  • Use tools to meet KPIs, maintain product knowledge, and keep up with retail trends.
  • Accurately process transactions using POS (Shopify) and handle cash responsibly.
  • Ensure proper stock levels, handle inventory, and follow store opening/closing procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
  • Great time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, lifting, and stocking merchandise.

What You'll Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year in retail/customer service (preferred).
  • Strong sales and service skills, ability to multitask, and handle cash transactions.
