Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Construction Specialist to join our team at ENGEO Incorporated. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering and construction, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications and providing high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform QA/QC field observations during site earthworks and site improvements
  • Confirm compliance with project and plan specifications
  • In-place density testing of engineered soil and rock materials
  • Report accurate and detailed documentation of testing and observations
  • Sample soil and rock and deliver samples for geotechnical laboratory testing

Requirements:

  • 1 or more year(s) experience working with Nuclear Density Gauge
  • Interest in cross-training in Construction SWPPP, ACI, and ICC certifications
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven to provide exceptional client service
  • Thrives on creative problem solving
