Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee critical sub-systems, including Electrical, Building Security/Keycard, Plumbing, Sustainability, and HVAC systems.
  • Develop and implement a financial replacement tracking plan for both expenditures and revenues.
  • Utilize the FCA IWMS Module to track assets for all State agencies, generating reports essential for budget development and supporting the needs of the CFO.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting requirements as outlined in HB3409.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills.
  • Four years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work directly related to Tririga or comparable IWMS and reporting software.
  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
Desired Attributes:
  • Familiarity with state policies and procedures and experience configuring compliance features to meet organizational requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with Facility Condition Assessment reports and reporting software within the public sector.
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of Tririga system or comparable IWMS.
  • Effective strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with Tririga Team, EAM Leadership, and other state agencies.
