Job Overview

This position involves executing assigned tasks and undertaking additional responsibilities as required by the Compliance Manager.

Qualifications:

  1. A college degree or a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new software applications.
  3. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  7. A proactive attitude towards learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in managed care or healthcare compliance environments.
  2. A college degree.
  3. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a compliance liaison within the organization, providing necessary support and resources.
  2. Execute daily administrative and support tasks, including taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents such as agendas and training materials.
  3. Assist in coordinating audits, which includes communication with external auditors, scheduling, record-keeping, and reviewing documentation.
  4. Act as a system administrator and subject matter expert for various compliance-related software applications.
  5. Support routine auditing and monitoring activities as required by department staff.
  6. Complete assigned compliance monitoring activities regularly.
