Job Title: Production Supervisor

Country Pure Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production lines, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Oversee the daily operations of production lines, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety and quality protocols and procedures.
  • Maximize Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to production team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as scheduling and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production operations.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, database software, and other relevant systems.
