Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team at Country Pure Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for blending juice products in accordance with product specifications.

Responsibilities:

* Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure the highest quality products
* Obtain raw ingredients and other necessary materials to perform work and properly utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect raw materials usage
* Pump and blend concentrate in accordance with recommended formulations provided by the Quality Assurance Department
* Operate pasteurizers to ensure products are pasteurized in accordance with product specifications and safe food processing guidelines
* Complete blend sheets and associated paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner
* Obtain tanker samples in accordance with Company's policies and procedures and deliver samples to Quality Assurance Department for testing
* Monitor job tasks to ensure food safety and quality and promptly report any concerns or issues to supervisor and/or Quality Assurance Department
* Maintain solid communication with Production, Planning, and Quality Assurance throughout the process and during shift changes
* Wash and sanitize silos, tanks, and production lines using approved CIP methods
* Perform all necessary quality checks and testing as determined by the Quality Department or management

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent; OR at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
* Must attain within seven working days of initial hire or placement in this position and maintain a current and valid forklift and pallet jack operator's license
* Prolonged periods of standing, walking, stooping, climbing, and lifting tools and materials
* Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and stretch
* Must be able to lift pounds
