Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst for a school-based role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist.

Position Details:
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Work Hours: 7.5 billable hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid, duty-free lunch
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans tailored to individual education plans.
    • Create safety plans addressing aggressive or self-injurious behaviors.
    • Provide data collection systems for tracking behavior goals in collaboration with teachers.
    • Work closely with Special Services Directors and school teams to establish academic targets and goals.
    • Maintain regular communication and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Work Environment: On-site across multiple campuses
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a PPS Credential
  • Credential authorizing services as a school nurse
