Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients, gaining valuable experience in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. You will be paired with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide regular supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA therapy and other treatment modalities
  • Collaborate with a BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
