Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partner (40%): Collaborate with sales operations to review gross sales data, EDI, and forecasting. Facilitate net revenue review to ensure sales allowances are recorded properly and understand rolling sales forecast based on actual results.
  • Budget and Forecasting Process (40%): Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, coordinating assumptions and corresponding inputs, including the total company view, macro financial metrics, and debt covenant compliance.
  • System Management (10%): Maintain Company's planning software, Oracle EPM, with monthly updates for actuals, creation of annual budget, rolling forecasts, and other scenarios as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis (10%): Capital expenditure modeling, analysis, and forecasting. ROI analysis of program and initiatives. Create financial models to analyze various business opportunities and cost savings initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Expert Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Experience with 3 statement financial modeling and accounting concepts.
  • High attention to detail and a strong quality orientation.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities.
