About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents, fostering meaningful relationships with them and their families. Your expertise in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods will ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong bonds with residents and their loved ones, providing assistance with daily activities and tailored care plans.
  • Collaborate with the community team to maintain a safe and engaging environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and promoting risk management best practices.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), working closely with residents and their families to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications and licenses as required by state regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not essential.
