Compensation: The total compensation for the Fleet Mechanic role is competitive and commensurate with experience and licensing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Tool Management: Oversee tool inventory, including repairs and replacements, and perform spot checks to ensure proper tool locations.
  • Key Management: Manage the maintenance and storage of vehicle keys, including spare keys.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper fluid levels and lubrication for machinery and tools.
  • Property Maintenance Assistance: Support property maintenance tasks as required.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with receiving shipments and managing warehouse operations when needed.
  • Damage Reporting: Promptly report any damage or loss of company property.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support fleet and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience with various vehicle types, including heavy equipment.
  • Proficient in repairing heavy machinery.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience with fleet operations is advantageous.

Compensation Range: $23 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
