Securitas Security Services is actively seeking a dedicated Security Operations Supervisor to oversee a client site in North Kingstown, RI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between personnel and the client, ensuring adherence to the security service contract on a daily basis.
  • Maintain operational oversight of security services, ensuring compliance with Securitas standards for cost management, profitability, and quality assurance.
  • Assist in the training, scheduling, and disciplinary processes for site personnel, collaborating closely with branch management.

Essential Duties:

  • Supervise daily security operations at the client site.
  • Assist in filling open shifts and coordinating coverage with branch management support.
  • Oversee all required training for both the client site and Securitas personnel.
  • Review daily logs, incident reports, and address any concerns.
  • Monitor assignments and evaluate the performance of security staff under the guidance of branch management.
  • Ensure all posts are adequately staffed at all times.
  • Communicate concerns effectively and promptly.
  • Manage scheduling in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Support investigations or special projects as directed by Human Resources and management.
  • Notify officers of upcoming evaluations to ensure timely submissions.
  • Distribute and update policies, procedures, and training materials as necessary.
  • Assist with any unscheduled projects or incidents requiring attention during business hours.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in security, with a background in management and/or operations.
  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills are necessary.
