Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire loan process by educating clients and providing recommendations aligned with their financial objectives.
Manage account oversight, including collection communications and recovery processes, while prioritizing customer service to mitigate losses and charge-off accounts.
Foster customer relationships and execute daily inbound and outbound call campaigns to generate new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty and recognition.
Provide guidance, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives to elevate the team's capabilities.
Ensure a work environment that adheres to Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor and uphold the internal and external appearance of the store, addressing basic facility needs and coordinating maintenance services.
Operate efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet individual and team performance standards.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Background check required (subject to applicable law)
Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to navigate inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Associate degree or higher
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations
