Dialysis Care Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Care Team Lead to join our team at Satellite Healthcare. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading dialysis care delivery and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and coordinating care delivery to meet the needs of our patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in helping us achieve our vision of being unsurpassed in our individualized experience, quality, and compassion.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current RN licensure and at least two years of registered nurse experience. A minimum of six months of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience is also required. You must be able to lead interdisciplinary teams and have competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records.
