Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our dialysis team. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating staff performance, identifying educational needs, and developing strategies to improve patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify educational needs and develop training programs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Associate's degree accepted)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
