Position Summary
The HCM Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving new business initiatives and advocating for Bene-Care's payroll solutions tailored for small to medium enterprises. This position is pivotal in cultivating and sustaining client relationships, discerning their payroll requirements, and presenting customized solutions to fulfill their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Oversee and nurture the existing client portfolio while expanding new business opportunities.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight Bene-Care's payroll services and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop personalized proposals and pricing strategies.
- Analyze customer sales data to provide comprehensive account insights.
- Negotiate agreements and finalize sales to meet monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Offer continuous support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and legislative changes affecting the market.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within payroll services or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with payroll software and human resources solutions.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements or industry events.
Relocation Requirement:
Relocation to Webster, NY is required prior to commencing employment.
