Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present financial products and services that meet customer goals and objectives.
  • Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure a clear understanding.
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual - Spanish.
