Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Present financial solutions to customers based on their needs and goals.
  • Work with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, and comply with all laws and regulations.
  • Meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
