Key Responsibilities
  • Profitability:
    • Manage inventory costs and maintain inventory levels through regular inspections and ordering.
    • Monitor and control restaurant assets, ensuring preventative maintenance is completed in accordance with company standards.
    • Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed, including safe counting and cash drawer management.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Motivate and direct team members to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean and welcoming environment.
  • People Development:
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to increase their capabilities and improve restaurant performance.
  • Operations:
    • Direct the restaurant team to achieve efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products, meeting established speed of service guidelines.
    • Ensure the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the quick service restaurant industry as a team member or assistant manager.
  • Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of guest service principles.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
