Key Responsibilities:
- Execute vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks as directed, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with service advisors to understand required work.
- Coordinate with the parts department to obtain necessary supplies.
- Document all work performed accurately.
- Conduct road tests when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions sponsored by the factory or dealership.
- Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and the shop area.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands is essential.
- Chrysler Certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as an automotive service technician.
- Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical instructions.
