  • Training and Development
    • Train high-quality in-house fencing crews on best practices and company procedures.
  • Customer and Supplier Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and crews to ensure project execution, quality, and timeliness.
  • Materials Management
    • Order fencing materials for projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Staining and Quality Control
    • Stain fencing using spraying equipment, brushes, and rollers to ensure high-quality and safe results.

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Meet with customers to determine fencing needs, develop quotes, and close sales.

  • Requirements and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in the fencing industry (minimum 5 years).
    • Extensive residential and commercial fence installation experience (minimum 3 years).
    • Technical expertise in various types of fencing, including wood, metal, vinyl, and chain link.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and lead teams.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
