Job Title: General ManagerWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business results, engaging customers, and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and training to ensure their success.
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and develop action plans to achieve success.
- Partner with peers and leadership to drive business results and achieve company goals.
- Maintain accurate and secure cash management, inventory levels, and facilities management.
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Proven success in training, developing, and leading teams.
- Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and facilities maintenance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- College education in business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High noise levels due to operations, customers, and overhead music.
- May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on store location.
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates.
