Job Summary:

The University of Arkansas System is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as the Social Media Manager in the Department of University Recreation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that engages various audiences across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media principles, including content creation, engagement, and analytics. You will be responsible for developing and executing a content calendar, creating high-quality visual content, and monitoring and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
* Strong understanding of social media principles, including content creation, engagement, and analytics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
