Job Summary:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, taking into account their unique medical histories and requirements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and seamless care coordination.
- Document patient vital signs, medications, and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and quality outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license.
- Minimum one year of med/surg or critical care experience in an acute care facility within the last three years preferred.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
