We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join our growing post-acute care team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and a highly competitive salary range of $112,510 to $120,000 annually, plus uncapped monthly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Current licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in Tennessee
