Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate comprehensive nutritional care by completing in-depth assessments.
  • Deliver meaningful nutritional counseling and education to residents and their families.
  • Adhere strictly to DOH/state/federal regulations and company policies.
  • Ability to operate without continuous guidance or training.
Requirements
  • Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Proficient in general nutrition education, including weight management.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in using electronic charting systems.
  • Knowledgeable in state survey processes and nutrition care compliance requirements.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Hourly Wage: $30.00-$37.00/hour, based on experience.
  • Travel Compensation: $30.00-$37.00/hr for your time traveling to and from facilities.
