Job Summary

GPCH, LLC is seeking a skilled Hospitalist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including creating and recommending treatment plans, taking medical histories, and updating patient information and charts.
  • Order tests for healthcare staff to administer and review and interpret test results.
  • Respond to patient questions and concerns, and discuss proper nutrition, hygiene, and self-care to promote good health.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, including anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Ph.D., MD, or Professional Degree in Medicine from an accredited medical school.
  • Current M.D. or D.O. license for the state.
  • Certification in BCLS, ACLS required if stress tests performed or as required by specialty.
  • Current State and Federal Narcotics Licenses.
  • 1-3 years of physician or hospitalist experience.
  • Experience with hospital medicine.
