About the Job

Horrocks is seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to perform contract item inspections for infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction plans and specifications, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction inspection.\
  • Knowledge of ITD specifications and procedures.\
  • Basic computer skills using spreadsheets and word documents.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct daily inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.\
  • Measure and record completed items of work for payment purposes.\
  • Collaborate with contractors to resolve any issues or concerns.
\

Our company offers a competitive base salary, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
