Join Our Team as a Part-Time Rehabilitation Technician II

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Rehabilitation Technician II to support our Rehab Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with resident care policies and procedures, adhering to applicable quality of care standards.
  • Assist clinical rehabilitation staff with preparing the treatment area, transporting residents to and from the Rehab department, and providing support during patient treatment.
  • Maintain the cleaning, maintenance, and inventory of all Rehab equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Respond to the needs and concerns of residents, families, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
  • Manage departmental reports, statistics, and record systems, adhering to policy and privacy standards.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED required.
  • Experience working with geriatrics preferred.
  • 3 years of related work experience.
