Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards
  • Assist in obtaining data regarding product specifications, delivery dates, and production metrics
  • Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize production and resource utilization
  • Review and discuss production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor production metrics and complete monthly report cards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a production or operations role
  • Strong knowledge of global logistics operations and industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
