The focus of this position is on providing the overall direction of our production/operations team and production schedules producing products in a timely manner while supporting our financial goals during assigned times. You would be contributing to a collaborate environment that will focus on the supervision of people that leads to professional growth and achieving goals. This opportunity is a 2-2-3 work week. PRIMARY ACOUNTABILITIES: Mentor and train the operations/production team to provide personal growth, upward mobility, team work and collaboration that will lead and contribute to a culture of success and accountability.Assure the development and execution of manufacturing programs and schedules to produce products in a timely manner while supporting the company's financial goalsTimely accurate communication within all levels of the organization.Schedule work for employees and temps; hiring and developing goals.Leadership role in Continuous Improvement such as Root Cause Analysis.Involvement with providing solutions internally and to our clients/customers. This would include conference calls and on-site meetings.Yes, hit production goals . SAFELY and within Quality guidelines.Responsible for cost control, waste reduction, food safety, quality, safety and on-time deliveryCollaborate with others on the MGMT team: QA, Maintenance, Warehousing, HR and others on the operations team.Needed experience includes aseptic or tetra MFG. experience.Education, Experience, Skills:2-year degree preferred.Experience in mfg. of an aseptic product or Tetra beverage MFG; along with a minimum of 2 years of supervision or leadership experience.Knowledge and understanding of food safety basics and microbiological issues related to food safety.Strong written and verbal communication skills required.Solid computer experience including use of MS Office products.
