  • Medical Record Management: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical records and test results.
  • Patient Data Management: Facilitate the collection and dissemination of patient data, including lab results and diagnostic studies.
  • Equipment and Supply Management: Maintain and manage equipment and supplies, ensuring their proper use and storage.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certified nursing assistant course or comparable certification preferred.
  • Experience: Six months of related clinical experience; one year of experience as a unit clerk or secretary in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals required.
