About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Technician to join our team at PuroClean of San Fernando. As a key member of our restoration team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our emergency property restoration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Represent the PuroClean brand and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Production Processes: Perform all aspects of the production processes, including managing customer expectations, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and adhering to uniform and policy guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your direct supervisor and team members to ensure a unified and efficient team environment.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of the job, including cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
