The Enterprise Infrastructure Production support team operates globally, providing 24/7 support for our production environments. We pride ourselves on being a customer-focused team that actively seeks to improve operational efficiencies.
Our responsibilities include monitoring production incidents, assessing their impact, and implementing code changes to introduce new features and functionalities.
Required ExpertiseThe ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid technical foundation in Linux, Oracle databases, and networking principles.
- Experience with AWS Certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk.
- Experience with batch scheduling software (e.g., Autosys/Control-M) and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL, as well as ETL tools like Informatica.
- Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g., Concourse, Jenkins, Udeploy).
- Understanding of event-driven architecture (e.g., Apache Kafka).
- Programming skills in languages such as Python or Java are a plus.
