Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:
PTR Global is seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to evaluate, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues in AWS and internal cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated testing tools, test plans, and procedures using Docker and Kubernetes as container services to ensure product quality, release readiness, and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain and develop Linux scripts and automation using Python for efficient application and infrastructure maintenance, adhering to best practices in iterative software development.
- Document software defects, operational activities, and design procedures in cloud environment while coordinating with technical support and providing feedback to developers on usability and functionality.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering.
- Expertise in AWS and internal cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Python.
Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.
