Mental Health Treatment Access Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Outreach team as an Outreach Manager. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of owning and overachieving KPIs. Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus. The successful candidate will be based in Snohomish, WA, and will be required to travel locally for meetings with potential referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
- Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
