Position Overview:

Hanover Community Bank is seeking a full-time Cash Management Coordinator. In this role, you will deliver both internal and external assistance to all cash management clients, focusing on the setup, maintenance, and ongoing support of our diverse range of products. You will also provide support for the municipal business line, which involves collaborating with various internal departments and assisting municipal clients as necessary. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Cash Management Services VP to manage and process daily operations related to cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain business online banking accounts based on documentation from branch staff.
  • Administer ACH processes effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and support for products and services, including Online Banking, ACH, Mobile Banking, and Positive Pay.
  • Provide internal and external support for municipal accounts.
  • Complete necessary documentation for municipal clients in Online Banking.
  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and branch personnel.
  • Manage wire fees and communications for municipal clients.
  • Assist municipal clients with their login and related inquiries.
  • Set up and manage ICS customer accounts.
  • Process ICS transactions via the IntraFi portal.
  • Prepare rate adjustments for ICS and shadow accounts.
  • Complete applications for Letters of Credit.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Assist Retail Banking and Lending Departments in resolving issues.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including transaction reviews and report generation.
  • Review daily operational reports.
  • Provide customer service support for incoming client inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cash management administration and related procedures.
  • Knowledge of cash management policies, products, and services.
  • A two-year college degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to deliver effective service and support to retail staff and clients.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional interaction with internal and external auditors.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
