Join Burnett Specialists Staffing & Recruiting, a leading provider of accounting and supply chain solutions, as a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting close and reporting requirements in compliance with GAAP. Your expertise will be utilized to analyze variances to budget and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Microsoft Navision for the Bay Towing Division, including setup and testing
  • Support the Bay Towing Management Team in providing reports and analysis as needed
  • Complete account reconciliations and cash application for the Bay Towing division
  • Assist in the AP Payment process and audit requests
  • Prepare budgets and assist with special projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, fixed assets, and accruals
  • Excellent computer skills and moderate to advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
