Key Responsibilities- Lead Audit Team: Oversee all aspects of the audit process, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Develop Audit Programs: Design and implement tailored audit programs for individual clients, ensuring effective royalty compliance.
- Review Financial Provisions: Analyze and interpret complex financial provisions in music industry agreements, identifying potential issue areas.
- Prepare Audit Reports: Write and issue comprehensive audit reports, complete with supporting schedules and claim calculations.
- Communicate with Clients: Effectively communicate with auditees, clients, and other third parties, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Accounting or Business Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required.
- Audit Experience: Minimum of 15 years of audit experience, with 10+ years of supervisory experience. Music industry and/or royalty experience a plus.
