We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor Specialist to join our team at Consultative Search Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an audit professional with music industry experience to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in performing royalty compliance procedures for record labels and publishers on behalf of our diverse client base.
  • Support the team in auditing and documenting royalties for completeness, analyzing expense data, and assessing contracts for potential claims.
  • Prepare databases and analyze large datasets using Excel and/or Access/SQL.
  • Maintain and organize all documents, and perform detailed analysis of reported royalties, identify underreported royalties and/or excess expenses.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of music royalty and/or audit experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required.
