Job Overview

At Triple J Coil Tubing Products, we are seeking a highly skilled Estimator / Quotations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for serving as the focal point of all order entry in regards to manufacturing and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relations, vendor relations, and interact with various departments to ensure customer requirements have been met.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Ensure all required customer specifications are included on purchase orders, order entries, and contract review documentation.
  • Track all customer requirements to ensure all requirements have been included in work order routings and purchase orders during order entry.
  • Communicate all customer requirements and special activities to process responsible personnel throughout product realization.
  • Source materials through approved vendors to meet customers' requirements and lead times.
  • Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in the following areas: ability to read and understand drawings; manufacturing operations.
  • Effective verbal, written, and mathematical skills are required.
  • Strong math skills required. Must be able to read, evaluate, and respond to product specification and drawings.
  • Experience with planning, estimating, quoting, and reporting.

Training Requirements:

  • Must have training in E2 Manufacturing Software.
  • Must have training in TJCTP Quality System with specific attention to the following:
    • Purchasing
    • Control of Records
    • Control of Documents
    • Contract Review
    • Verification of Purchased Products
    • Control Of Nonconforming Products
    • Validation of Processes
    • Product Release
    • Customer Satisfaction
    • Corrective/Preventive Actions
    • Inspection & Testing
    • Preservation of Product/Customer Property
    • Identification & Traceability
